artist Sleeper Cell (The Band). The 5 man act,
signed to Primoris/In Groove/Universal Music Group had
their first single "Black" reach #13 on Billboard's
single Charts in November. A massive P/R media blitz in
conjunction with Chipster P/R and national
tour is planned for the early part of
