Through it's tremendous  music marketing and music promotion network of resources, Allure works with well known record producers, music publicists, booking agencies, record companies, and entertainment attorneys to promote and advance the careers of their artists. Allure Artist Management and Puvlic Relations represents acts either under contract as their personal artist representative or publicist - band manager or on a consultative basis, providing the counsel and music promotion services that artists desperately need in order to achieve their goals and realize their dreams. Without this, it would be a bumpy road that we would just as-soon not be involved with.  As an artist, those elements must be present always to keep things moving smoothly and on an upward trend. We do not take responsibilities like that lightly, as a prerequisite to employing our "Artist Managers" or "Publicity Consultants" they must have the broadest of integrity and experience in the entertainment industry and strictly adhere to our core philosophy and the industry code of ethics on a daily basis.  As a "talent agent" , "talent agent manager" and as a music promotion organization in general, we keep up to date and well informed on industry practices, standards, and regulations.  We are always alert to the constant changes affecting the entertainment industry.  Only with this experience and up to date knowledge can Allure as personal artist managers benefit our artists under contract and those clients we work with on an on a consultative basis.
