, Allure "Artist Management: (a division of Allure
Media Entertainment Group, Inc.) manages, counsels,
advises, and develops the careers of well known signed
artists and up and coming unsigned artists in various
genres of music. Formally Gallant Night
Productions, Allure has been guiding Artist's careers in the
area of "Music Artist Management" for over 23
years.
Through it's tremendous music marketing
and music promotion network of resources, Allure works with
well known record producers, music publicists, booking
agencies, record companies, and entertainment attorneys
to promote and advance the careers of their
artists.
Allure Artist Management has been an
industry heavyweight in music promotion and music
marketing services as a music agent for it's Artists and
clients since 1983.
Allure
Artist Management and Artist Representation counsels acts
either under contract as their personal artist
representative - band manager or on a consultative
basis, providing the counsel and music promotion services
that artists desperately need in order to achieve
their goals and realize their dreams.

At Allure we believe that the relationship
between us as your personal manager and you the performing
artist is just like a marriage. It's extremely
important and we work unending to assure that the
elements of trust,
loyalty, and respect are present at all
times within our relationship.
Without this, it would be a bumpy road that we
would just as-soon not be involved with. As an artist,
those elements must be present always to keep things moving
smoothly and on an upward
trend. |

At Allure, we do not take responsibilities
like that lightly, as a prerequisite to employing
our "Artist Managers" or association with Allure, our personal
artist managers and asspciates must have the broadest of
experience in the entertainment industry and strictly adhere
to our core
philosophy and the
industry code of ethics on a daily basis. As a "talent
agent" , "talent agent manager" and as a music
promotion organization in general, we keep up to
date and well informed on industry practices, standards,
and regulations. We are always alert to the
constant changes affecting the entertainment industry.
Only with this experience and up to date knowledge
can Allure as personal artist managers benefit our
artists under contract and those clients we work with on an on a
consultative basis. |
